My name is Sally and I specialise in...

Business development, event management, hospitality (testing biscuits for the team) and account management.

Me in less than fifty words...

I have the lowest boredom threshold in existence, wearing many professional hats and pursuing countless hobbies from collecting ceramics to fell walking, photography and teaching Spanish in my spare time. Definitely a people person, I can talk the hind legs off a donkey.

My favourite designs...

Are too many so here goes - Peter Beard, Richard Godfrey and John Pollex' ceramics, Henri Cartier Bresson and Bill Brandt's photos, Guillermo Santa Maria de Silva's lithographs, Domenech i Montaner and Santiago Calatrava's architecture, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada's fashions and Jordi Labanda's illustrations. And for the best hotel bedroom design it has to be Zahar Hadid at Madrid's Puerta America!

I bet you didn't know that...

My party piece is being able to tie shoelaces with my toes – sober or eneberiated!

My favourite biscuit...

My favourite biscuit is a Tunnocks teacake if it's classed as one. If not then the simple but utterly satisfying custard cream!
