We at Design Force are currently in mourning. Our beloved designer Rachel has started on her quest to discover whether she really does want to be a teacher, which means we’re left with some pretty big shoes to fill. Metaphorically speaking that is. If her feet really were this big she’d be constantly tripping over them and buying shoes would be impossible...

So now we’re on a quest of our own: to find a New Rachel. Could you be our New Rachel? If you can tick all the boxes on our ‘New Rachel Wishlist’, chances are you could.

To be our New Rachel, you’ll need to have at least 3 years’ experience and must be able to:
• Think creatively and generate ideas, on your own and as part of a team
• Turn your ideas into gorgeously crafted design work – for both printed and digital media
• Manage projects from brief to delivery, including liaising directly with clients
• Do great things with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Wow us with the concepts and design work in your book
• Keep up
• Make a decent cuppa*
